Ulistit.com recommends Zillow.com for an electronic Appraisal that will make recommendations as to the market value of your property. This software works best in urban areas where there are similar properties that have sold in your neighborhood. Zillow's software will give you a recommendation, however it does not take into account improvements you have made on your home or special features that may be attractive to buyers and bring a higher selling price.
