We recommend that you do have a lockbox for agents to access and show your home. Many times, an Agent will want to show your home when you may be at work. A lockbox allows them to enter the home at a time convenient to the buyer. The lockboxes that Ulistit.com uses are combination type lockboxes and the combination is only posted in the private/non public area of the MLS. We also ask that agents call you first before showing your property.

Many people are concerend about security as a result of using a lockbox. While most real estate agents are honorable people, sometimes their buyers are not. It is always a good idea to keep valuables out of plain sight.
