Generally NO.
The purchase agreement is a binding contract and may be enforceable in court if the buyers chooses. The best bet is to talk the the buyer or buyers Agent and express the reasons you do not want to complete the sale. In some cases a buyer may be willing to let you out of the contract if you cover any fees that the buyer has incurred for inspections, appraisals etc.
