We direct all buyer inquiries to you directly. In the MLS, we direct agents to contact you for showings. In Realtor.com, only our contact information is listed per Realtor.com guidelines, however we will direct the buyer to you as well. If you choose our enhanced listing, the yard sign has our toll free number and a property ID#, this number when entered will give the buyer a review of the features of your home and your name and phone number.
Ulistit.com does not try and intercept buyers or collect a selling commission. We are a listing office only, and will not represent a seller and a buyer on the same property (Dual agency) because of the conflict of interest.
