A Showcase listing is a term that Realtor.com uses to describe their upgraded listings. Showcase listings feature 6 photos vs 1 for the standard listing. Showcase listings cost the Agent $20-$25 per listing so most agents only offer standard listings. All of Ulistit.com's listings are Showcase standard.
