We direct all buyer enquiries back to you. Ulistit.com will not represent a buyer on one of our listings unless requested by a seller.
The local MLS service will include a Note to agents to "call owner for showings and offer submission". You can elect to have a lockbox which we recommend and then we would direct agents to "call first and then go show"
