If a licensed Real Estate Agent brings you a buyer and you accept their offer, then yes you will have to pay that agent's office a selling commission.

Commissions vary, and you set the commission rate you are willing to pay when you list the property with Ulistit.com. Common selling agent comissions are 2.5%-3% for residential properties. Vacant land commissions are sometimes as high as 5% to the selling agent, especially if the property is valued at $100k or less.

Ulistit.com can help make recommendations as to the appropriate commission to offer, jut give us a call.

If however you are able to find a buyer on your own, you will not owe any commission at all. Our fee is all you will have to pay.
