Ulistit.com is licensed in the states we practice just like other brokers, however our services function a little differently. We offer what is termed a "Limited Service Listing" This means that while we list your home in the MLS and provide paper work for you, we do not do some things. We do not host open houses or negotiate on your behalf unless requested. We do not inspect your property and make marketing recommendations or even set your listing price. We feel that most people with our guidance are fully capable of handling the transaction themselves. Most of our clients have already bought or sold a home through a traditional real estate Agent and have a basic familiarity with the process.
